As P!nk so famously asked: why so serious?!

The Laughing Yoga part of Sea Salt Yoga was inspired by this picture from my youngest Niece’s 9th Birthday. Inspired by the movie Cloud 9, she wanted to go Snowboarding. She had new goggles, a new helmet, snowsuit, etc. ALL.THE.THINGS. When we got in the car to go to the slopes, she came walking out with ALL.THE.THINGS.ON. It was awesome, and hilarious, and hilariously awesome. She was so serious! As a serious kid myself, I appreciated that she was so TEAM SERIOUS, and from that day on, Team Serious has been our code for serious, and seriously funny. When I later became certified in Laughing Yoga, it was only natural to name my little LLC after our shared genetics.
